Spiced Vega Maca Chocolate Bark

A delicious treat for the holidays – Spiced Vega Maca Chocolate Bark. Cayenne pepper adds the right amount of spice, while tart cherries compliment the dark Vega Maca Chocolate perfectly. This bark makes a great gift or a delicious treat all for you. Happy Holidays!

Ingredients:

8 MacaSure chocolate bars
1 Tbs coconut butter
1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp vanilla
1 drop wheat-free tamari
1/4 cup savi seeds
1/4 cup tart cherries

Directions:

melt macasure chocolate on double boiler. add remaining ingredients and stir well. Line baking sheet with parchment paper. spread mixture and refrigerate until solid.

    Hi. Just wondering how we would make this delicious looking bark from raw cacao and raw cacao butter (instead of MacaSure bars)?

      Grind 1 1/4 cup raw cacao nibs into a very fine powder, stir into 3/4 cup cacao butter (heated/melted) +1 tsp vanilla + 1/4 cup of coconut sugar (more or unless depending on desired sweetness) then add remaining ingredients and cool. That should work just as well!
